My Journey

My wellness journey started in 2017, fueled by a desire to overcome hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, and an overall feeling of unwellness. Traditional treatments weren’t cutting it for me—they felt like temporary fixes that didn't tackle the underlying issues. That’s when I knew I had to take a radical step: I quit my job to explore a holistic path that promised more than just symptom relief.

Embracing NLP for breaking old habits and adopting Metabolic Balance for effective weight management, I began to unravel and remedy the core issues affecting my digestion, mental health, and thyroid health. This transformation wasn't just personal; it extended to my daughters and clients, guiding us all towards a deeper, healthier connection between mind and body.
