About Emmanuela

Emmanuela Urbani is a Health & Nutrition Practitioner. She specializes in helping women and men unlock optimal health and begin thriving by addressing mitochondrial function, supplementation and nutrition through a Nature first approach , and environmental factors like EMFs and light exposure.
Her background is in Life Science at Queens University and patient support with various pharmaceutical companies.
For over 20 years she struggled with a long list of health issues. Despite seeing amazing conventional doctors, 5 different naturopaths, functional medicine doctors, nothing gave her sweeping change.
Finally, she ran into the work of bio-physicists and physicists, and the work compiled and deciphered by Dr Jack Kruse.
Her speed reading skills and background in science enabled her to verify and deep dive into the concepts she was discovering and uncovered truths that changed her health dramatically.
