How much weight can I expect to lose?
Most clients lose 5–8% of their body weight during the reset phase (phase 1), then 1–2% per week after that-safely and naturally.

How long does the program last?
The guided portion is 12 weeks, but you get lifetime access to all 12 modules. That means you can return to different phases anytime you need a reset or a reminder. The goal is to build a rhythm you can sustain long after the 12 weeks.

Do I have to give up entire food groups?

Nope. You’ll eat real food from all food groups - tailored to your body, your needs, and your blood work. Nothing extreme. All the macronutrients are included: protein, carbs, and healthy fats. You’ll build balanced plates that help regulate your blood sugar and keep your energy steady throughout the day.
