About Tina
Tina Dolatzadeh, P.Eng., CSSGB (ASQ) is a professional engineer, STEM advocate, and educator with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and environmental industries. She combines her expertise in science, engineering, and process improvement with a passion for hands-on learning.
As the founder of STEAMULATION Lab, Tina develops interactive science, engineering, and creative programs for children, youth, and adults that nurture curiosity and inspire innovation.
She is dedicated to helping learners build confidence, explore problem-solving, and develop critical thinking. Tina also supports girls pursuing careers in engineering and technical roles and serves as a career coach for high school students. Her programs encourage exploration of science, engineering, leadership, and excellence, supporting both academic growth and personal wellbeing.
